This short video explains how to access support or provide feedback while using the Health VLE:

From any screen in the Health VLE there are two buttons (located to the bottom left of any page):

  1. Report an Issue - use this option for any problems preventing you from accessing or using the resources. When you report an issue a support ticket is created within the Freshdesk system we use and we will correspond with you via Freshdesk to diagnose and resolve the problem.
  2. Give Feedback - use this option to provide anonymous feedback about any aspect of the system. We will not be able to reply to you when you provide feedback so if you have a problem that needs fixing make sure you use Report an Issue instead.
