The NMP Zone is currently available for active Non-Medical Prescribing Leads who work in the North West of England.
If you are a North West based NMP Lead you can request an account by filling out the form on www.nmpzone.co.uk - one of our team will process the request and create an account for you.
Once the account is created you will receive an email from us inviting you to create a secure password for the account we have created for you.
Update (2021):
As of 2021 we are including The HealthVLE and SN@P as part of our provisions to The North West NMP Lead community. This means you will also receive an email from do_not_reply@snap-ae.com and noreply@healthvle.co.uk by default at the same time as your first email from The NMP Zone.
These platforms host some resources that will benefit you, access to these are free of charge to you as an individual for as long as you are an active NMP Lead in the North West (UK).
Platforms*:
NMP Zone: Community platform. Features a messaging board to ask questions about practices and processes etc.
A News Forum and Email service where we communicate information about upcoming meetings and opportunities.
SN@P: Snap is an excelent Assessment and Education platform which is widely used by NMP Leads to provide Pre-Entry Assessments for their candidates. This service will allow applicants to visit: https://snap-ae.com/nmp-assessment.php and complete their NMP Pre-Entry assessment for free**. They just need to select your details from the drop-down (only available once you activate your snap account).
HealthVLE:
*Free access to Snap (sn@p) & HealthVLE can be withdrawn at any time without notice as this is a complementary offering.
** Taking the assessment is the only free aspect for the applicant. If they wish to practice, take other assessments etc they must purchase a personal licence if the institution they are currently associated with does not have an active snap licence for them already.
