Remote invigilated assessments are available using the SN@P platform.
Remote invigilation means that an invigilator does not need to be in the same location as the learner.
Video conferencing technology provides the link between the learner and the invigilator.
SN@P uses BlueJeans (a video conferencing app) to deliver remote invigilated assessments.

Technical support will be available for both the invigilation team and learners on exam day.
This support is a finite resource so we need to confirm availability for the assessment you are planning.
Email support@hecooperative.co.uk to check availability for the including the date, time and duration of the assessment you are planning (this applies to both mock and summative assessments). Please include the following information in your email:
● Assessment date
● Assessment time
● Assessment duration
● Approximate number of learners
● Approximate number of invigilators
If the date and time you are requesting is available we will create a calendar event containing the information you provide to confirm the date. Alternatively we will aim to identify a different date and time with you.
