Please Read: Some institutions only use one of the two resources below, your academics will specific which resource(s) you will be using and you will receive an activation email from that platform to confirm if the institution have provided you access.

How do I request accounts for my Students or Staff?
You can find out more about how to request accounts for your students for the Health VLE by clicking here.

Once you have submitted a request for accounts to be created they will be ready within 2-3 working days*


Account Creation

When we have created your account you will receive an automated email from noreply@healthvle.co.uk to activate your account on the HealthVLE provided by your institution.

Once you receive this email you will have 15 days to click on this link or it will expire for security reasons.


If you forget to activate your account via the activation email you can activate the account by following the password reset procedure (see below).


How do I reset my password?

The best way to activate your account when you cannot find your login email is to follow our password reset procedure:

Visit the password reset page; This  can be found by adding /password/reset to the end of your organisation's login URL. e.g. https://myuniversity.healthvle.co.uk/login becomes https://myuniversity.healthvle.co.uk/password/reset

Enter your email address (e.g. sally.smith@stu.myuniversity.ac.uk)

Click 'Send Password Reset Link'

You will receive an automated email containing a password reset link

Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Once you've created a password for your account, it will become active.



Where do I log in?

If you are unsure of your organisation HealthVLE URL you can find it by searching for the Uni/Trust name within the search feature of our VLE Welcome page: https://healthvle.co.uk


Once you have activated your HealthVLE account you can login from anywhere at any time with an internet connection by using your University/Trust's login page. If you are unsure of your organisation HealthVLE URL you can find it by searching for the Uni/Trust name within the search feature of our VLE Welcome page: https://healthvle.co.uk
